Choose between our following room types:

**Standard Rooms**

**The standard room features a king pillow top bed, or 2 Queen beds. All rooms include a microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker.**

**Ocean View Rooms**

You’ll wake up to the sun breaking over the glorious waters of the Pacific Ocean, hear the soothing sound of the waves throughout the day, and catch golden skies during breathtaking Westport sunsets. Choose from a variety of room types with ocean views, located on the 3rd or 4th floor.

**Kitchenette Rooms**

Our kitchenette rooms are fully stocked with all the cookware & utensils you will need during your stay. These rooms are equipped with a convection microwave, 2 burner stove top, mini fridge, sink and a Keurig coffee maker. These rooms host 2 Queen beds only.

**Suites**

We have 2 suites to choose from. Both suites have 2 Queen beds, and a separate King bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a stove/oven combo, microwave, fireplace, balcony, sleeper sofa and dining table. What makes our suites extra special is the in-room Sauna!

**Dog Friendly Rooms**

**Westport is dog friendly and so are we! Choose from a variety of room types all located on our first floor. Our dog friendly rooms require an additional fee. See FAQ’s below for details.**

**Studio Queen Rooms**

The Studio Queen room features a Queen bed, 2 burner stove top, cookware, convection microwave, sink, Keurig coffee maker, fireplace and balcony. These rooms also offer a view on the 3rd and 4th floors.

Hotel Policies

Check In Time: starts at 4:00 PM and rooms are guaranteed ready by 6pm

Check Out Time: 11:00 AM

Front Desk is staffed from 8am-10pm, please call us before 8pm if you are planning to arrive after 10pm. Limited options for late arrival after midnight.

RATE, DATE OF DEPARTURE & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: I agree to the rate(s) and date of departure as noted above. I agree that my liability for charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable if the amount of such charges is not paid. I understand that The Chateau Westport room rates depend on the number of guests staying in the room, and agree to notify Chateau Westport in advance, and to pay additional charges of $10.00 per person/per night if I bring in additional overnight guests. I agree to a penalty charge of $50 per person/ per night if I bring in additional guests without notification and payment of additional guests. A refund of paid charges will be returned to guest credit card if cancelled prior to 48 hour, if cancelled within the 48 hours guest will lose the first night stay. If a groupon reservation, they need to cancel prior to 72 hours or they will forfeit the groupon voucher, all 3rd party reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

FACILITIES AND AMENITIES FOR EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS: I agree that the facilities and amenities of the Chateau Westport are for the exclusive use of registered guests. I will not invite others in to enjoy these facilities and amenities. I agree to pay the appropriate charges if I or anyone staying with me violates this policy.

DAMAGE: I agree to be liable for all damages to the guest room and to further be liable for all damages to any other location of Chateau Westport caused by me or by anyone visiting or staying with me. I further agree that damages will be charged according to the current rates established by Chateau Westport Ownership/Management. I agree that no bar-b-que's of any kind will be on the balconies on floors 2-4 and only in designated areas on 1st floor.

SMOKE FREE: I acknowledge that Chateau Westport is a smoke free facility. I agree to be liable for a Cleaning and Damage Fee of not less than $350 if I, or anyone visiting or staying with me, smoke tobacco, vape or any other legal or illegal substance anywhere within The Chateau Westport and balconies of the Chateau Westport. Smoking is permitted 25 feet from the building.

PET FEES: Designated dog rooms on 1st floor only with a cost of $50.00/per pet up to 2 max in a room. If renting joining rooms, the pet fee will be applied to all rooms associated with the stay at The Chateau Westport. I agree to be liable for a Cleaning and Damage Fee of not less than $350 if I, or anyone visiting or staying with me brings in a pet of any kind into any non designated pet areas.

NOISE OR DISTURBANCE PROHIBITED: I agree that I (and/or any person visiting or staying with me) may be asked to leave The Chateau Westport before my scheduled checkout time, and without refund, if I and /or any person visiting me, takes any action or creates any noise or disturbance (specifically including, without limitation, public intoxication) that interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of any other guest. I further agree that the judgment of The Chateau Westport Ownership/Management will be final. If under the circumstances described I (and/or any person staying with me) refuse to leave, I understand that criminal trespass charges will be filed. Quiet time inside and outside of The Chateau Westport is 10:00pm, all social gatherings around the outside fire pits will need to be over and water put on fire no later than 9:45pm.

RETURN OF ROOM KEY CARDS/ PENALTY: All of the key cards I receive during my stay will be returned to the desk upon check-out, Or I agree to the penalty of no less than $25.00/ key

By completing booking, I, the guest upon check-in agree to all the above policies.

I certify that the above information is complete and accurate. I have read, understand and agree to the above policies and agree to abide by all applicable Federal, State and local laws during my stay, and further agree that my stay will be governed by applicable Washington Law.

Deposit Policy The guest will be charged 100% of the room total and taxes at the time of reservation.

Check-in begins at 4 pm and is guaranteed by 6 pm.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Housekeeping will only enter rooms after guests have checked out to be cleaned and not during their stay. Any items that need to be replaced can be done at the front desk at any time.
We do not have A/C in the rooms. Typically the ocean breeze is all you need. We do offer fans for guests to use.
Only Studios and Suites have a balcony
Designated dog rooms on 1st floor only with a cost of $50 for up to two dogs for a 5 night stay and $10 additional per day after the 5th day. For 3-4 dogs the fee is $75 and an additional $20 per day after the 5th day. If renting joining rooms, the pet fee will be applied to all rooms associated with the stay at The Chateau Westport.
We are constantly improving our rooms though only a few of our rooms have gone through a full remodel. Staff will do their best to accommodate requests for remodeled rooms, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Our hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach via our nature path through our property.
A refund of paid charges will be returned to the guest's credit card if canceled prior to 48 hours, if canceled within the 48 hours guest will lose the first-night stay.
